Black to Basics Spring Training 2018

MAPA’s 5th Annual Black to Basics Spring Training will be held February 22-23, 2018, in Columbia, MO. This year’s training will span two days and offer three different educational tracks. This training is geared towards not just contractor staff, but also public works officials, city engineers, and consultants.

We will begin our event with Keynote Speaker, Joel Goldberg.
