Each year, members of the asphalt industry come together for the MAPA Clay Shoot — a day of friendly competition and outdoor fun. More than just a sporting event, the Clay Shoot is a key opportunity for industry professionals to connect, unwind, and give back.
Participants enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere perfect for networking and catching up with colleagues. Whether you’re a seasoned shotgun competitor or a first-time shooter, the Clay Shoot offers a fun outing that brings together a diverse cross-section of the asphalt community.
The real focus, however, is on investing in the future: all proceeds benefit the MAPA Emerging Leaders Committee, helping to foster and support rising professionals in the industry. Join us for the 7th Annual MAPA Emerging Leaders Clay Shoot at Prairie Grove Shotgun Sports, 1420 County Rod 276, Columbia, MO! Lunch is from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with shooting beginning at 12:15 p.m. A, B, & C flight awards with even distribution of winnings. Practice rounds are available at the expense of the shooter. All registrations include a golf cart. Soda and snacks will be available throughout the course with beer to follow.

Ammunition Sponsor $2,000 (1 Available): An explosive sponsorship opportunity! In addition to your logo being on all promotional materials and the Tournament Sponsor banner/poster displayed at the event, as the only Ammunition sponsor your logoed sticker will be placed on every box of shells placed at every station on the course. You will be recognized as the only Ammunition sponsor during the course kick-off meeting and at the awards ceremony. Cart / Score Card Sponsor $1,500 (1 Available): Anyone who has walked a sporting clay course will tell you a cart is a must. This is your chance to be the most loved sponsor of the event. Our Cart/Scorecard sponsor will have their solo logo displayed on every cart’s scorecard which will be used the whole day by every team as they record their scores at each station. You will also have the opportunity to place company swag in the carts if you wish. Your logo will be displayed on all promotional materials, and you will also be recognized as a tournament sponsor on the banner/poster displayed at the event and will be recognized in the course kick-off meeting and awards ceremony. Raffle Sponsor $500 (1 Available): This is a unique opportunity to be the only recognized stand-alone sponsor of the Bass Pro Gift Card Raffle. You will be recognized as the sponsor when promoting the sale of raffle tickets. Your logo will be displayed on all promotional materials and a stand-alone banner/poster promoting the raffle. Our Exhibiting sponsors will have the opportunity to set up a tent either at the Patio where participants will gather before and after the event or out on the course. Exhibiting sponsors are welcome to hand out company swag and/or refreshments (non-alcoholic before and/or during the event) when participants visit their tent. Snack Cart Sponsor $750 (Sold Out): Here’s your chance to be responsible for everyone’s favorite cart. Your company logo will be on the snack cart that drives around during the event delivering refreshing drinks and snacks to participants. You can provide a representative to drive the cart or the MAPA Emerging Leaders will provide a volunteer. You can provide company swag (cozies are always a big hit when giving out cold drinks).
